The thin to thick rule

Ideally, the under layer has to be a somewhat thinner garment. As you know, the thickness will get higher as you put on more layers. You should do this as it will make it easier for you to control your body temperature. If it is hot outside, you can remove the outer layer. For the base layer, T-shirts can be a great choice. They are thin and made from lighter material.
